    Introducing our Panel Moderator - Kristy Hunter of Hunter Marketing

    Kristy Hunter is a seasoned Marketing and Brand Strategist, boasting over 22 years of experience across agencies, start-ups, and large ASX-listed organisations. As the founder of Hunter Marketing Co., established six years ago, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. Specialising in coaching and crafting innovative marketing strategies and plans, Kristy is dedicated to guiding and delivering tangible and measurable results for small businesses.

    Emma Doyle, the General Manager – Cleaning Operations at CMBM Facility Services, is a trailblazer who earned the Emerging Leader Award at the 2023 BSCAA Women in Leadership Awards. With a history of outstanding leadership, Emma's journey from Administration Manager to her current role has strengthened CMBM's administration team and enhanced their ability to meet diverse client needs.

    Alongside Emma, we are honoured to have Peta Nipper, the Human Resources Manager at SPS Facility Services. With over 20 years of experience, Peta is a seasoned HR specialist, focusing on safety, culture, industrial relations, performance, reward, and employee relations. Her dedication has earned her the BSCAA Qld Long Service award, recognising her significant contributions to the industry.

    Last, but not least, we are thrilled to introduce Karlie Webster, Managing Director of The Culture and Leadership Collective. With over 22 years of senior leadership experience and a specialisation in culture and leadership, Karlie helps leaders build exceptional cultures, competitive advantages, and sustainable results. She is passionate about collaborating with leaders and teams at all levels, designing cultural programs that foster trust, authenticity, and inspiring leadership
