Which membership level is right for me?
Our Corporate Memberships are for companies in the Building Services Industries. This includes:
- Cleaning Companies
- Facilities Management
- Grounds Maintenance

All our subscription products are for a minimum 12-month period. Choosing monthly payments allows Members to pay for their subscription over 12 equal instalments throughout that period. For this reason, we do not offer monthly payment subscriptions for less than 12 months; should you choose to cancel your membership prior to your anniversary date, your will be charged the balance of the 12months. Memberships are in accordance with the BSCAA QLD Constitution.
Franchisors please contact BSCAA Queensland Office to discuss a membership bundle price for your Head Office and for Franchisee’s to become members.
Corporate Level 1

One easy payment of $5,258 (incl GST) Additional Benefit Affiliated membership for subsidiary companies so they can use the BSCAA Logo and receive a BSCAA Certificate* |
*To have an Affiliate Company Membership you must have your main company on the BSCAA QLD Corporate Level 4 Membership. Generally speaking an Affiliate Company would be a company that has similar ownership/directors as the main company. (The ownership must be at least 50% the same as the main company.) Affiliate Members will receive the following benefits:
- A BSCAA Membership Certificate,
- permission to use the BSCAA Logo on marketing material,
- access to discounted BSCAA event rates and
- the ability to be nominated in the BSCAA Queensland Excellence Awards
Affiliate memberships need to be approved by the Board of Directors prior to being activated.’
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, please ensure you have the following documentation ready for upload. Applications cannot be processed, and receive Board approval without the following:-
- Registration of Business - ABN Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance
- Workcover Insurance (need to apply for Workcover - apply here)
- QLeave Portable Long service Leave Certificate (not a QLeave member - apply here)
- Statutory Declaration of Gross Annual Turnover (download here)
