Jonathan will discuss some of the recent changes made to employment legislation that affect Employers as well as some of the foreshadowed changes ahead (with a potential change in government) including casual employment, perma-flexi a new employment category, EBAs, labour hire and contracting. The discussion will focus on the practical effect, how to mitigate some of the risk and avoid the headaches in the first place.
